Here is recipe for it...
Take a chicken,salt it firstly on both side,then fry it with fat and slice into a little pieces.Take 1 garlic and squelch it. Put chicken peaces on"Ketsi"(earthenware frying-pan to bake maize-flour) so that "Ketsi" is full with pieces.
Now take 400-500 gr. milk and boil in pan, add squelched garlic and fat which remained after frying chicken. This mixed milk pour on chicken pieces which is placed on "Ketsi". This "Ketsi" put into a heated oven. After 10 - 15 minutes later, when sauce reaches boil and chicken will fry take it from oven and ready to eat.
