First of all,you we must boil turkey.Then take boiled turkey from it's own broth soup,put it on a gas-oven to fry.
At the time turkey is in to a gas-oven,you take off fat from a broth and stew grind onion in it.During a stew add fat that you take off from broth.When it get pink,put it back in a broth.
Now you take walnut and grind it in meat grinder twice.Then take saffron and pestle with salt,garlic,foreign seasoning,cinnamon,clove,coriander seeds,grind paprika and mix it to grind walnut.All this open in warm broth,stir well and put it on stove to boil with lower fire.
Two egg yolk mix with one tablespoon vinegar and when Satsivi is almost ready,add it to broth with stirring the pot.Before boil, put into broth fried sliced turkey and at that time broth is boiled,take off from the fire..
