Today I introduce you a recipe of "Khinkali"-another worthy and famous representative from Georgian cuisine. If you have not been in Georgia and have not tried "Khinkali" yet, here are opportunity to make it yourself before you visit my country.
How to make:
Firstly you make dough. Remember dough of "Khinkali" should not be tout, so you have to mix it more than usual.
For filling content, take meat (it would be better if you mix beef and pork), onion, garlic, coriander, green peppers and make mince from these with meat machine. Use salt to taste. Add 1 glass of water to mince.
After that, take dough and flatten as thinly as it possible. Place a mince center of a flattened dough and wrap it.
"Khinkali" should boil into a salty, boiled water. When you see that "Khinkali" emerged on surface, let it boil another 3 minutes and after that take them from water.
Now "Khinkali" is ready. Enjoy it.
You can eat "Khinkali" with beer or vodka.
