Khachapuri with layered dough

Now I explain you how to make Khachapuri with layered dough.This kind of Khachapuri here in Georgia is called Layered Khachapuri.It has ethereal dough and is pleasant to eat.
Take egg and whisk,pour warm water,add little vinegar,oil and mix dough together.Take 400 gr. margarine and slice  into 3 parts.Flatten a dough and plaster 1/3 margarine,then fold dough like envelope and put it into fridge 30-40 minutes;then put it out, flatten dough well and plaster another part of our margarine(we cut it 3 pieces),fold like envelope and put it into fridge within the time we used first time.You have to make the same procedure again,thirdly.Notice that dough prepared like this,can easily save in fridge 2-3 days long.
Now prepared dough you need to flatten again,put cheese above it(how you can prepare cheese for it you can see Here),add another prepared dough above,pack edges,plaster milk and put it into well heated gas-oven to bake.During the baking period you should lower heating strength.
